about the show - from the producer The 8 is a weekly standup show where the same set of 5 comedians perform 10 minutes of standup comedy every sunday for an entire year. This project is designed to give a space for comedians to grow their unique voice, through time, consistency, and discipline.
Every set will be recorded culminating in 8 hours of recorded stand up for each comedian. At the end of the project the 40 hours of comedy will be cut into a compilation album showcasing the evolution of these comedic voices. Produced by Grant Lindahl
