WHY IT'S A PICK: This may be a new show, but these comics are all heavy hitters, in a great Brooklyn bar. As for pairings, we recommend their Mac 'n Cheese, goes GREAT with laughs. ABOUT THE SHOW - FROM THE PRODUCER Every month Sachi Ezura and Halle Kiefer host a stand-up/storytelling show that asks performers, "What, exactly, is your damage?" Comics ruminate on the middle school humiliations, dating embarrassments and family drama that haunt them, and that make them the weird, wonderful people they are today.
ABOUT THE SHOW - FROM THE PRODUCER Isn't it strange how different foods affect people? Milk, peanuts, alcohol! Comedy can be the same way. Well we all have different ways of digesting alcohol, which is why on Wednesdays at Poco, we give you a variety of alcoholic beverages AND comedy stylings so people of all palettes can enjoy their hump night!!! Hosted by COURTNEY MAGINNIS (Refuses to stop "Icing" people with Smirnoff Ices) and TOM DELGADO (Doctors in college thought he was autistic because he could play the beginning guitar part of every Dave Mathews song). See you dudes there! The Educated Guess is back for another year with more quirky dioramas, tri-fold cardboard, and haphazard experiments than ever. Produced by comedians Steven DeSiena and Jo Firestone, Educated Guess challenges 60+ of NYC's top comedians to throw-back to grade school science fairs complete with half-baked hypotheses. Join us at 7 witness the transformation of littlefield into a middle school gym, and stick around for the comedy show that will really make you think, maybe? Definitely. Probably.
Check out the show Vice calls "pure comedy magic" and scientists call "false".

WHY IT'S A PICK:
Simultaneous comedy and art at one of our favorite Brooklyn spots!
ABOUT THE SHOW - FROM THE PRODUCER PICTURE THIS! is a new show from Brandie Posey & Sam Varela: two girls who want to push the boundaries of what a comedy show can be. Picture This! is a live comedy show with stand-ups performing while they are drawn live by some of the best animators, cartoonists, and other artists in Hollywood, CA, SF, NYC and Portland. Picture This! has also debuted in Toronto, New Zealand and Australia! The comedians don’t know what the animators are drawing and the animators don’t know how the comedians will react.
