WHY IT'S A PICK:
Jordan Temple is one of the funniest minds in the business and this follow up to the sold out "Hidden Fences" is sure to be an amazing evening.
ABOUT THE SHOW - FROM THE PRODUCER
From the creator of the viral play, ‘Hidden Fences’, comedian Jordan Temple (writer on "SMILF", and "The Rundown with Robin Thede" respectively) is expanding his mashup comedy play universe into his next mashup, ‘The Color Urkel’. In ‘The Color Urkel’ Steve Urkel and his smooth alter-ego, Stefon Urquelle are separated through space and time. They communicate with each other through pre-recorded letters about what life is like for black people in each time period and give each other tips on how to survive, all while making efforts to reunite. The Color Urkel is an epic, absurd black history month comedy play you don't want to miss!

ABOUT THE SHOW - FROM THE PRODUCER
Join host and local Astoria comic, Ryan Stanisz, as he challenges NYC’s best stand-ups to improvise their way through a presentation they've never seen before, on a topic that they’ve never even heard of before that night!
It's 'Whose Line is it Anyway' meets that TED Talk on ‘Leadership.’ Watch as comics explore such questions as: ‘If McDonalds can serve breakfast all day, then shouldn’t I be able to own a gun in this city?’; ‘Do iPhones fool the elderly into thinking they’re living in the future?’ You owe it to yourself to see, and learn, from this show. This show is not in any way affiliated with TED Talks and or TED Conferences and TED.com.
