Right NOW! with Carolyn Castiglia
A live talk show with a live band hosted by a live wire.
The marriage episode!
"A heady mix of stand-up comedy, music and conversation, Right NOW! is refreshingly self-aware and just the right amount of raw. Rebecca Vigil leads the house band and is both hilarious and an amazingly accomplished improvisational singer who complements Castiglia’s equally hilarious and incredibly quick-witted hosting style. No, really—I’ve rarely seen anyone as quick on their feet as Castiglia, and it works beautifully with the tone and pace of the show." - A Women's Thing
Comedy couples Evan Kaufman/Caitlin Kean and Keisha Zollar/Andrew Kimler play The New Newlywed Game!
...and more surprises! I mean, probably. At least possibly.
Plus, as always, featured performer Katie Hartman (Skinny Bitch Jesus Meeting) and the music of Rebecca Vigil and The Righteous NOW!

about the show - from the producer
This month, D&P presents proud premieres of pros' works in progress. More than just an opportunity to indulge Jackie Jax's alliteration affinity, this show will be a chance to see professional comics launching new material on the topics most people don't want to talk about. We're all works in progress. These guys make that journey hilarious.
Depression, Disabilities, Drug Addiction, Suicide? It's OK, you can laugh at that.

about the show - from the producer
Every Wednesday at 8PM the back room of NYC's Beauty Bar transforms into Comedy School Dropout.
Hosted by Negin Farsad (MTV, Nickelodeon) Becky Yamamoto( Uninspired), and Kendra Cunningham (LonelyGirl48), Comedy School Dropout is the show you attend when you want to see comedy in its natural habitat. A popular workout room to see New York's top comics run their sets before taping for Conan or Jimmy Fallon, Comedy School Dropout is also the spot to see a Moth slam winner share their story, UCB alum working out characters, and happy audience members showing off their freshly painted nails. Farsad, Yamamoto, and Cunningham effortlessly interact with one another, and their acting, writing, and sketch backgrounds truly blend together to serve up a high energy, comfortably casual, hilarious night of comedy.
